By accessing or using the SkyVayu platform (skyvayu.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Our Services
SkyVayu is a charter flight marketplace connecting passengers with licensed aircraft operators. We facilitate quote requests and bookings but are not ourselves an air carrier. All flights are operated by third-party carriers holding valid DGCA certifications.
Booking and Payment
- Quotes are indicative and subject to operator confirmation.
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed charter agreement and payment as specified.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and landing fees unless stated otherwise.
- Cancellation and refund terms vary by operator and will be stated in your booking confirmation.
User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when submitting booking queries.
- You are responsible for ensuring passengers hold valid travel documents.
- Misuse of the platform may result in account suspension.
Limitation of Liability
SkyVayu is not liable for delays, cancellations, or incidents caused by aircraft operators, weather, or factors outside our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the booking fee paid to SkyVayu.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
